Team members: Kari Sivonen, Antti Tolvanen, Ville Törrönen, Vili-Veikko Pulkkinen.  STHNS14C

-          Our strategy is to complete this course in a way that leaves every team member satisfied.

-          We don’t really have any specific roles but everyone has to fulfill any role that he needs to. Everyone has equal responsibilities.

-          We aim to understand more about leadership after this course.

-          Everyone has to do an equal share of work, or atleast the tasks which were assigned to him.

-          If someone can’t come to a meeting, they must do their share of work independently.

-          If we make mistakes, we must find out why, and learn from them.
